Cutoff date for reservations is 6/1/07. Most members will be staying two
nights, June 22 & 23, 2007 Be sure to make your reservations early, this is vacation season in Branson and Branson is one of the Countries favorite summertime spots.

The Savannah House serves a complimentary buffet breakfast until about 10:00 am each morning and FREE Ice Cream, Cobble & Cookies every night at 9:00 pm. There is no restaurant on the hotel grounds but the "All American Café" is in walking distance and comes highly recommended. There is a show property next door called "Mansion America" and they have a daily morning and afternoon show.
Our main item of business for the membership meeting is electing three directors. Terms are up for Morris Halliburton, Steve Montgomery and Todd Smith. The nomination committee with Curt Boles as chairman is submitting all three for reelection and they have agreed to serve again if reelected. As always, you may make additional nominations from the floor.
We will be having our regular fund (fun) raising auction again this year; it will be conducted by Todd Smith. Please remember to bring or send an item for the auction. At some of our recent auctions we ran out of items to sell before the buyers ran out of money, help us see that it don’t happen this year. I always like to bring simple items that I need or would like to have at home and have been known to try to buy them back. Call if you have questions about the auction.
